View Full Version : Prop 77 Trailing with 15% poll returns

Does 77 have a chance of coming back? With 15% polls in, the numbers are 46.2 yes vs. 53.8 no.
I'd thought this had the best chance of passing, too? :( Just curious if the trend is likely to stay the same, or if there is a good chance for a wild upswing. I'm too young to have experienced many elections, hehe.

Regarding gun rights, I don't think Prop 77 may have had as dramatic effect as hoped. If it passes, we'll see.

From watching the news, most people voted no against everything because they "hated" special elections. I guess they like high taxes and being in defecit all the time:rolleyes: Oh well theres always next year...

I hope this is not a preview of '06.

I guess they especially liked the meaningless propositions that would do nothing about taxes or the defecit in the end.
Is anyone foolish enough to think some silly propositions will cure these things? Haven't we been down this road before?
