Another MrCCW Utah CFP (Concealed Firearm Permit) Class!

MrCCW.com will be holding a Utah/Florida Concealed Permit Class in Rancho Cucamonga California, at The Magnum Gun Range, Saturday, November 28th 2009 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. There are 10 seats available for this class. Seats fill up quickly, reserve your spot by registering on the website, or giving me a call.

Why the Utah Concealed Firearm Permit?
The Utah Concealed Firearm Permit allows the holder to carry upon their person a concealed firearm for personal protection purposes (in states listed below). The state of Utah issues these permits to anyone in any state, that meets the requirements. There is NO need to have a specific reason, Utah is a shall-issue state meaning as long as the minimum requirements are met, they will issue one. Moreover, Utah does NOT require you to qualify with a firearm. Additionally, you can carry any legally owned firearm! There are no restrictions unlike many other states!

The fee for the class is only $99!

As you may know, the Utah Concealed Carry Permit is Valid in the following states:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wyoming

Utah Concealed Firearm Permit Facts…

Yes, you can get this permit if you meet these minimum requirements!

Minimum requirements for application for a concealed firearms permit in Utah are:
• at least 21 years of age
• proof of good character...whereas the applicant;
• has not been convicted of a felony;
• has not been convicted of any crime of violence;
• has not been convicted of any offense involving the use of alcohol;
• has not been convicted of any offenses involving the unlawful use of narcotics or other controlled substances.
• has not been convicted of any offenses involving moral turpitude;
• has not been convicted of any offense involving domestic violence;
• has not been adjudicated by a court of a state or of the United States as mentally incompetent, unless the adjudication has been withdrawn or reversed
*A criminal background check is conducted for all applicants.

Also, if you want to shoot after class, the Magnum Range gives students 1/3 off range fees on class day!
