Clarification: I'm one of The Calguns Foundation founders, and did not found Calguns.

Calguns the website has been around for quite a long time and I thank Ramon for getting it going and going thru some "interesting" trials & tribulations.

This thread is confusing. I mean when, exactly, is Bill NOT speaking?

Whoops, looks like Mark of GS2AC may've edited out the time accidentally.

Thurs 19 Nov @ 7 pm.
No-host dinner starts at 6pm.

Many active Calgunners generally know the material, but I'm glad to say Hi to anyone and recommend the roast beef.

Will the secrets revealed during that extra seven minutes be reported in a sequel, or must we attend to find out more details of the Inferno? :D

They're still at the afterparty. You know, Harry's shares a parking lot with a casino and a by-the-hour hot tub/sauna rental facility. I wouldn't expect to hear from them til tomorrow afternoon :chris:

ETA: Maybe these could go in the events forum? I totally missed this thread. Not that I could have gone tonight, but I'd like to in the future. I'm just a few minutes away.

I wanted to go but I had to see Irving Berlin's I love a Piano.

Instead of talking with calgunners and eating a hearty meal I had to sit next to a guy with really bad old man smell. The average age of the audience seemed to be about 70.

The show was OK but I know where I would have rather been.

Bill, you made a really good presentation, I'm sure the folks there were really impressed with your knowledge and I know they were impressed with you personally.

That had been the second meeting I'd attended, and I was glad I did. You definitely made a good impression.

10-day necro. Is Bill's speech or any portion of the presentation archived or available online? I'd like to see it, if at all possible.

Unfortunately no. But if you're an active Calgunner you're already pretty tuned in to ongoing activities.
