I have a line on a Colt Series 80 MKV Gold Cup National Match from out of state. Is this " on the list"? Thanks.

Does it have to be on list for importation by the owner moving to CA from out of state? I thought the list only applied to FFL transfers into the state or new purchases (or vol'reg builds) within the state.

The roster does not apply to personal handgun importers when they move into CA.

The Roster basically applies to all transfers in the state, with exemptions for stuff like PPT, cosignment, intrafamily, and LEO sales.

That's what I thought....

I misread the OP... he said "I have a line on"... I only comprehended "I have", assuming that he had acquired it while living or stationed in a free state.
