I am looking for storage solutions for my loose ammo. Do you guys recommend I get ammo cans or something else?

And where is the best place to buy it cheap? Help a brotha out :)

go down to orange county and get some from GOT10/22

just go to a surplus store, and just check out the seals

You can most times catch them at the gun shows, look around online (cheaper than dirt, sportsmans guide, etc.) and some military surplus stores have them.

I get mine from a local salvage / metal scrap yard.

I picked up a bunch of 50cal cans from my local shop for I think $5 each. The seals were great but the cans had a tiny bit of rust. Nothing a little sandpaper and spray paint couldn't fix.

OC Armory had cans real inexpensive. Haven't been there in quite awhile not sure if they still do, $5.00/can. In good shape also.

I bought two .30 and two .50 cal from CTD. They were in good to very good shape. Shipping wasn't terrible I seem to recall:

I've been eyeballing this place for my next buy:

That is fine if you want 3000+ cans and your right next to the depot. Transporting that many cans needs a large flatbed , a forklift and a LARGE place to store them. :D
