Id like to take my 10/22 to the range today to site it in. The gunroom will not allow me to shoot my rifle on the range due to it looking "tacticool" lol. My only other option was the cordova shooting center but they are closed on mondays... Do i have any other options?

Lincoln shooting range.

Sac Valley Shooting Center.

I'm a member of both clubs but you might have more fun at Sac Valley because they have a 22 plinking range (steel targets). They'r both on the net.

even though it's a little drive, definately go to sac valley shooting center. You can sight in at 25, 50, 75 or 100 yards to your liking. They also have the 22LR plinking range where you can shoot at steel targets and spinners which is a blast. It's also cheaper than the other ranges and they are very professional and clean

Try The City of Sacramento Range off of Fruitridge Rd by the Executive Airport.

Sac Valley Shooting Center. It's a bit of a drive, about 35 minutes from El Dorado Hills. I was there for all of 3 minutes! (Got there too late and didn't realize they stop taking new shooters past 3PM during the winter). Looked like a nice place though. I'm going back Tuesday morning right at 8 when they open.

We will be checking in at the office at 8:00+- and heading to the 1000 yard range. Bring something to shoot up there too. :)

Not likely. They seem to have an aversion to any rifle on their range that looks like an AW. Yes, even if it's just a .22LR.

answer would be no unless there policy has changed on guns that appear to be assault weapons. When the gsg5 first came out, a lot of people were turned away even though it was a .22LR rifle.

No saiga 12's either btw

or 10/22 that appear to be assault weapons
