I have a Stag-15 with a mag locked 10 round of course, and I just purchased a Ciener kit for it. If I have the Ceiner kit installed does my rifle then become a rimfire rifle and can I install the regular button on it and drop the .22 mags like normal? Or does the fact that the complete lower assembly aside from the cienered upper, constitute it as being a centerfire rifle?

Yes, rimfire *rifles* can have evil features and detachable magazines.

Caliber marking of the lower receiver is irrelevant, as long as a 22LR rimfire upper is mounted.

A lower receiver with or without evil features is not (1) semiautomatic, (2) centerfire, or (3) may not be a rifle.
