It looks like you have everything but a bullet button for a functional rifle. If I'm not mistaken, the Armalite upper will come with a standard front sight assembly, so the Troy front flip up won't be needed unless you upgrade to a free float rail system with a low profile gas block.

I can't comment on which BB to go with, my experience is with the original prince BB only.

You may want to order an optic at some point, but you should learn to shoot well with the irons first.

Now you need to order ammo! Prices have come down quite a bit in the last few months. Here's a good deal on Federal XM193 on stripper clips:

the upper that I ordered has the gas block instead of the A2 Iron sight. I have a scope that I will be using for long distances, and I will be looking for a red dot later on. I pretty much broke the bank in the past month with ordering the parts for this, and the 4500 rounds between my .40 and .223 ammo.

Looks like you have everything you need, except a good sling.

Use your irons for awhile, until you can save up for a good red dot.

Most importantly have fun:D

Not on mine. I have an AR15 and AR pistol. Both with radlocks. My brother also has radlocks on his builds. Love em!

Don't forget plenty of lube and all the cleaning supplies. My friend bought an AR and didn't buy the cleaning rod, patches, brushes, etc. Guess where he went to clean his rifle after the range trip?

Does the buttstock include extension, spring and buffer? If yes, you are good to go.

Remember to get a lot of ammo and have fun!

Nice! Post pics and let us know how it shoots when your done. Also, remember, never put radlock in position #2 unless you are in a free state. Have fun!

it looks great, but i think you can place your troy rear sight farther back on the rail. the picture is dark so i cant tell exactly though. it should be on the last possible slot. on "T" marked rails it should be in T1.
