how do I obtane a FFL lic?

I did a search and found nothing! I looked on google and there is ads wanting to sell you something. Is there a form that is downloaded and submitted for approval?

I was looking to be able to sell firearms or be able to accept them in order to duracoat them.

I think its ridiculous that the ATF categorizes it as Firearms and other destructive devices on there FFL page.
