Anyone ever try to shoot WWB or Blazer brass or UMC ammo through this? The gun comes with a notice that says not to...why not? I ordered PMC ammo just in case though

Think its because they are wary of WWB/UMC not having enough oomph to run the gun.

Not sure how this works, assuming same grain bullet, dont they all have almost the velocity?

Personally, I consider WWB/UMC as "practice" ammo. Usually, they are loaded with the minimum powder charge.

Thing to keep in mind MP-5's run the best using NATO 9mm (which is loaded hotter than commerical 9mm).

depends on the weight of the powder charge and even the primer used as well, not just the bullet's own weight.

I've ran all of them in mine, no problems.
