Regarding Class 1 FFL
1.) Provided you are eligible and have all your ducks in a row is it something that will automatically be approved or can the city or county simply deny you without cause?
2.) Do you actually need a storefront, zoned, business address? (I know people who do it out of their homes...is that a thing of the past and a few old timers flying under the radar...or is it still possible to achieve?)
3.) What's the total cost of fees involved...fees for government, county, city, lol...all the hands that want a piece of the pie.
4.) Aside from business costs (lease, etc.) are there other costs unique to having an FFL (special insurance?) and if so how much?
