OLL Transfer

Hey all,

Does anyone know of a place in Santa Barbara/Ventura area that does transfers of OLLs? I know Ive asked this question before, but I was wondering what the process is of buying lowers online and having them shipped to a nearby FFL. Can anyone give me some tips/advice? And how I start to go about doing this.

I think Ventura or Santa Maria are the closest. I don't think SB is too friendly to OLLs.
