If you are an 06 or 07 FFL, the NRA will not insure you. They only insure dealers and ranges.

Shop price between the two. GI.com sells insurance for a kitchen table FFL with no inventory (transfer only) for $800 a year.

Wow, our Airsoft store, with a 2 million dollar policy is only $900.00. I am looking for a brick and mortar gun shop coverage.

I just went through this myself. I was quoted coverage by several different brokers, and they all would have underwritten with Locton Risk Management, including Joseph Chiarello and NRABA. An agent from Locton Risk called me to ask why I had so many agents requesting quotes for me... (I think I called too many.)

The NRA Business Alliance wrote it up for the best price beating the next closest quote by 33%.

With over 30 years of service to the Firearms Industry, we can accommodate your insurance needs quickly and cost effectively. We understand the firearms industry and how to properly insure your business.
Joseph Chiarello & Co., Inc., is a proud supporter of the National Shooting Sports Foundation, The Hunting Heritage Trust and a member of the NRA Business Alliance.
We offer a Commercial Insurance Package, combining property coverage with premises and product Liability. We also offer a monoline Commercial General Liability policy. Liability coverages are written with minimum limits of $1 million per occurrence; umbrella limits of up to $5 million are available. This program is underwritten by the Granite State Insurance Company.

This is an occurrence form policy written on admitted paper. Coverage is available in all 50 states.
In the event of a claim, you can feel comfortable knowing that our claims adjusters handle firearms related claims every day. The familiarity with the industry can be the difference between claims against you being dropped or you ending up in a long court battle. Our program has a history of fighting claims and not settling them.
Please complete and return each page of the enclosed questionnaire. For consideration, we will also need a summary of previous insurance experience, along with a minimum 3-year hard copy loss run. In order to accurately quote an entire commercial package, all questions on the property questionnaire must be complete. Deductible options and theft coverage are available to those who qualify. Please return the completed application as well as any supplemental information to my attention. Applications can be sent via e-mail to applications@jcinsco.com or by fax to (908)352-8512.
Thank you for your interest in our specialized insurance program. Please contact our office with any questions.

Hi Guys,

I am new on here, but I just wanted to let you know I can write Gun Stores through out the United States. I am an Independent Agent in Denver, Colorado. I have been in business for over 5 years now, I am family operated, licensed through State Of Colorado Insurance Division and insured. Here is a link to my blog.

http://coloradodenverinsuranceagent.com/2012/03/06/gun-store-gunsmithing-insurance-get-a-free-insurance-quote/

I am also a big hunter, gun owner, fisherman and anything with the outdoors I love. If you have any questions or need a quote I would love to help anyone. At this point in time, I can not write Class 3 dealers. I am looking for another worthy Insurance company for that in the mean time. My Contact info is on my blog.

Cheers,
