I'm looking for a magazine lock that will easily go from fixed magazine to standard operating mag release. Is the Prince 50 and B16 mag locks the only locks able to do this? Anymore options?

Anyone have a video of how the B16 works?

Lastly, who will be willing to ship the mag lock to Scottsdale Gun Club since the rifle is with them?

Thanks.

the solar tactical 'Rapid Release button' is better than the freelock. doesnt take any tools to unscrew. just pop it into your existing bullet button.

The B-16 is specifically designed to be easily removed for use out of state or with .22LR conversion kits. That's why I designed it.

I would be happy to ship one to SGC if you want.

I've been considering running one of these but right now I just have the classic bullet button.

The standard BB can be removed and a mil-spec mag release installed in less time then it takes to load a 30rd magazine.

Hi Grant,

Is there a demo or description of how it works? I just found out about the B-16 and not really familiar with the operations of it.

Thanks.

And thanks for everyone's comments, gotta decide now. Anyone have experience using the CAL15-BS vs. Bullet Button with Freelock???

I have a BB and another with a B16. The B16 once installed is my choice. One little allen head screw and its off in seconds. works just like a bullet button, must use tool to push thru hole in middle and releases the mag.

Can anyone with a B-16 mag lock shoot a little video on its operation and maybe email or put it on youtube???

Thanks.
