My usual place - TargetMasters is suspending FFL transfer while undergoing re-org. http://www.calguns.net/banghead.gif

Anybody here knows one that's dependable and reasonable($20-40 + DROS)? Thanks.

Who's running TM these days?

Is it Ray (Bear)?

Dunno... http://calguns.net/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif I've always dealt with Robert or Huy, and they have both moved on. http://calguns.net/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Well try BigMac at Irvington Arms, he's a member here and has a wonderful rep. Of course, he just suffered a big burglary so is probably getting back up to speed.

I need to give him some biz, need to get up that way.

Yeah, I noted something funny at T.M. Some staff changes, etc. Still some of the same "good ol' people" though (like Paul L.) last time I was there a week or so ago.

When you say "suspending FFL transfer" you mean ordering something from SGN and using Trgt Masters as FFL, don't you? Not PPT?

Because CA gunshops are legally obligated to do PPT (priv. party transfers) - supposedly that helps suppress illegal paperless sales.

Right in Milpitas - Rob Blank. Nice guy, easy to deal with. Does business out of his office and keeps regular hours. $40 + DROS, if I recall correctly.

If you're interested, drop me a line.. Not connected, just a happy customer.

</div></BLOCKQUOTE> I was asking about an out of state transfer. That's when he told me about the temporary suspension(2-3weeks). Not sure if they know about the law requiring them to do PPTs.
