Now that is absolutely stunning, but I must resist the urge to swap out my walnut furniture on my SA Loaded. I swear every time I see these it is hard not to. I do not plan on scoping mine so not sure if worth the investment.

Thanks for sharing...

Mosby: you will mount a scope... you will mount a scope...you will mount a scope...you will mount a scope...you will mount a scope...you will mount a scope...you will mount a scope...you will mount a scope...

beautiful machine. The JAE is teh stock that makes the M1-A a 21st century rifle. And Legal for California. Who need that damn bullet button?

BTW MOs, when you crank the cheekpiece all the way down you can use the iron sights....

Very nice! I always feel a tinge of want/desire when I handle my FIL's M1A

Very nice looking.
I recently was out with some guys and they were all sporting Scouts or SOCOMs, I went out looking the day after.

That's beautiful. Does the JAE stock raise the weight much?

YES!
But the added stability is worth it.

Yeah I want to know too! how much did your groups shrink by swapping stocks? It looks awesome bro!

Nice stock. I've got an olive drab one on order. I think it should be done next month. Too bad my LRB M25 receiver has a year wait.

I've had groups cut in half with all but the most accurate versions to start with (NM SM)
A big part is way better cheek weld for scope use, and that helps accuracy, too.

You are a lucky man. I have a Polytech m14s and a Springfield Armory M1A standard, not as nice as yours. Your pictures give me something to look forward to, when I get another real job, I would like a stock like this for my Poly and have it sent to Smith Enterprises for the GI bolt conversion. Thanks for the pictures.
