I think this is the right place (I hope) Im willing to go clean up brass/shells in or kinda near riverside within lets say 60miles, Also I would not mind If I could keep some or all of the brass/shells I want to star reloading {but even if not let me know Im willing to go clean up anyways to just help out

Be careful about using random picked up brass. I often chuck my old brass at the local indoor ranges, for example, and let them sort out what's good to reuse or not reuse.
Some range pickup brass is ok, but you should hand inspect each shell before you try to reuse it.

Recycle it you'll get more. Old brass isn't worth reusing too many things can go wrong especially if brass has been sitting out IMO
