I had this section up on the blackberry all the way from the Richmond IDPA championship, through Bass Pro Shop in Manteca and finally to San Luis Obispo County. Still up. Still refreshing....

We've got 1 1/2 hours and over 300 bills are in limbo.

I'm STUNNED that the press is not all over this. A minor CIVIC's lesson for us all. And I wouldn't bet the farm on twitter feeds. Do you REALLY think any of the Dems who are fighting the water bills are STILL THERE?

Sorry, but this ain't the way the way it's supposed to work. I DO believe the Governor has done his homework, had pre-planned responses for all bills (probably pass and veto responses for the handful of bills that are in limbo).

This is really painful. And I think that the SB585 veto was "throwing a bone to the NRA/Calguns" fans.

Yeah I'm watching the 10 o'clock KTVU news and they are going through the normal motions.

Care to guess how many of those guests are from the legislature / governor's office? :43:

It doesn't seem that great a number to me, considering that the "Most users ever online was 3,538, 09-14-2009 at 08:42 PM."

What was going on then that was so important?

People in awe that AB962 passed. After 3 days they were hoping that our legal minds had read the bill with a microscope and had some insight into how bad things really were?

Now, I think many people are so drained that they just don't care...
