I'm planning on getting one.. at least before the deal runs out, and when I have the $!

From what I've heard, get it and don't look back.

Ditto waht above said.
The XV is a very high quality rifle, considering it is around the same price compared to lesser brands. Comes with a cold hammer forged barrel. Thats money right there. All other parts are built extremely well, use the black card towards the OMEGA rail (which is idiot proof installation) and you have a top notch free floating railed m4 for 1200 bucks. Im so damn tempted to buy one.

i recently walked into rifle gear in costa mesa with the intention of just buying a lower then over time building a AR15 to replicate my M4a1 that i carried in the service. The salesman dangled the XV under my nose and I bit, HARD. ended up buying it. Havent got it yet, stupid 10 day wait. i didnt even know there was a $250 gift card. plus the service at rifle gear was outstanding!!!

Yeah, it has problems. For one, the hell of a deal it is is a problem! Wish I'd been able to get one of these when I was piecing my OLL together! :p

I'm definitely enticed by the current promotion. We'll see what I can wrangle up by the end of the year.
