Wolf, Seller and Belliot, heck I think winchester and remington make it as well. I wouldnt sweat shooting corrosive ammo. that rifle was shot with corrosive ammo when it was made, cleaning it isnt that bad

Another source for non-corrosive ammo. It's also range friendly.

Here is a pretty nice video on cleaning after using corrosive ammo. I run a few patches soaked with windex down the barrel before I leave the range,

Good advice ^^^^

Don't worry about firing corrosive ammo through your Mauser. Just swab the bore well with Windex at the range, and run hot water down the bore when you get home, them clean and lube as usual. You won't have a problem - make sure you wash down the bolt assembly with the windex/hot water as well.

I shoot corrosive in mine all the time, I just run hot water down the barrel and then clean as usual.

you shouldn`t be concerned with corrosive ammo, I shoot it all the time, just clean your rifle asap. I use pro-7, just squirt down bore and give it a couple of minutes before running your`e patches. followup with a oiled patch. don`t forget to clean bolt face. check rifle next day or so and repeat process. by the way when I checked my rifle the next day or so no signs of any rust. I just like too clean the bore one more time to remove any leftover contaminates. but hey buy that more expensive non-corrosive ammo so that there`s more of the less expensive ammo for me:43:

A review on cleaning solvents:

Btw the 8mm (I believe Yugo) from the early 50's is non magnetic. Comes in a 900 round galvanized tin, sometimes on strippers sometimes not. You guys who need non mag should keep your eyes open for it in the $300 or less range. It looks like this:

The Ammo that you have is dangerous! send it to me and I'll "dispose" of it safely :p

But really, use windex, vinegar, or hot soapy water to clean after shooting and you'll be fine.
