Might be able to find something on YOUTUBE. Its a quick fix.

What happened to it? I dont hear of too many FA's breaking

Drive the roll pin out. It will come right out with the spring. Put the new one in, with the spring. Drive pin back in. Takes about 2 minutes.

It happens. Just knock out the roll pin. Putting it back in can be found here (http://www.midwayusa.com/midwayusa/StaticPages/pdf/Instructions/AR-15%20Varmint%20Rifle%20Instructions.pdf) about a quarter of a way down. Putting it back in is a pain because you need to keep the forward assist depressed and the pawl needs to be in the correct orientation. I've done it, it's still a pain.
