I was wondering if anybody knows of a store that is within a one hour drive of Thousand Oaks that is open Mondays (since that is my only day off) that sells OLLs. Please help.

Independent Armament Co (http://www.independentarmament.com/) has a few on their shelves (or at least they did a couple days ago.) They are really nice guys and are located in San Fernando, which I'm guessing is close enough...

Thanks for the reply but it looks like they are closed on Mondays. That is the only day I have available.

My hours usually are 11am-7pm, so if anyone knows of a place that is open earlier or later than my hours that I could make it to. That would be cool to.

Ah - sorry, missed that little bit. The one day you have off is the same day most smaller gunshops have off as well. Fort Courage Armory and Gunrunners aren't open on Mondays either. :(

Looks like yer gonna have to take a sick day... ;)

Ya, tell me about it. I already knew of Fort Courage and started to realize most were closed on Monday. I even considered going out to 10% firearms till I saw they were closed. Plus I own my own bussiness so no sick days.

How about Ammo Bros (http://www.ammobros.com/)? Not sure if they have any OLL's in stock, so definitely call before heading there.

Ya looks like they carry OLLs, I'll check them out. See if any are in stock. Thanks.

If you go for OLL i would one if possible try Fort Courage Armory and go for a featureless build to have detachable mags.

+1 ^ Last time I checked my buddy Tim at Fort Courage had some in stock. Give them a call and see what he's got. He has great prices too.

Independent Armament has their own lowers now but Fort Courage is probably closer to you than anything.

If you're willing to go as far as Ammo Bros, check out Insight Range in Cerritos, about 2 miles east of Ammo Bros. They had Stag Uppers for $189 last Saturday... they have one less now though :)

Yep, plenty of OLL's at Ammo Bros...:D...We have lowers and completes...not sure which you are asking for...plus a whole slew of variants (.458 socom, 5.56 M4, Varmint, etc)...and a few piston driven completes (LWRC)....and Sig 5.56's....and Robinson Arms XCR's....

pretty sure you can do the drive from TO in an hour...

more than pretty sure it would be worth the drive....:D

take care,

Thanks for the response. Looks like Ammo Bros or Rifle Gear will be the way to go. The reason I am not going to Fort Courage is because they are closed on Mondays and like I said, it's my only day off.

I run a business open to the public 6 days a week from 11am to 7pm Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 6 pm Saturday and 11am through 6pm Sunday. Tim is closed Monday. And has roughly the same hours as me. I have no employees and it would be pretty rude for me to shut down my business during working hours just so i could buy a lower. My business takes priority.

If you want to one regardless of riduclously high and obscene pricing you can do Shooter's Paradise in Oxnard.
