Due to PM's telling me that I am doing something wrong, I am taking this down.

Firearm is being relocated to Nevada where it can live out its days in peace.

Basically if it's a semiautomatic shotgun with a telescoping stock (that hasn't been fixed in place) and a pistol grip, it's considered an illegal shotgun in CA. Not sure what yours looks like however.

It came with the telescoping stock from the factory, however it does not collapse. It does rotate from vertical to horizontal. I did buy the 3 position recoil rod which would allow it to fully collapse, but it was never installed.

Then you are GTG. If it's a fixed stock, it's legal.

M1014 is legal. It has a fixed telestock (just for the look). It came out as a limited edition before the sunset of AWB.

Turners carried it few years ago.
