I am trying to obtain a first safe, Virtually no budget, Stack on rifle safe will work, or something big enough for 22lr,and some others to be stored etc to fit in there..

Used is fine, Im not picky dosent have to be pretty
Dosent have to be heavy, I just would like something more than a platic case with locks and trigger locks.

If anyone is able to help i would aprecate it..
I dont mind picking up as long as its Not toooo far out in the so cal area (im in OC)

I am looking more now there has been some recent breakins in this neighborhood, so if someone is able to get past my nosy neighbor and my dogs, I wanna make sure they cant walk out with my guns.

If you have a Sports Authority nearby, I bought a locking cabinet (can't callit a "safe") made by Homak for $169

Turners has sales on CA-DOJ approved safes every few weeks or so.

I have a stack-on security cabinet. It is okay, kinda flimsy thin gauge metal, but pretty sturdy once it is bolted to the floor and wall. If someone wants to get through it, they could, but they would have to raise quite a ruckus. It should stop your snatch and grab burglars.

What size one did you get?
How much was it?
(I notice there is a HUGE range, for pretty much the same product..)
So im trying to price out what I can and see
if one is a go there and buy range http://calguns.net/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
