I've yet to shoot it off yet! I have looked at it multiple times to make sure its aligned strait and it is. I've prob inspected it about 100 times already to check to see if its strait haha. I'll let yall know how it shoots! I'll prob install the pistol grip in a few weeks , and most likely take it to the range tom or the day after.

Yes!!! very easy - but the thing is - I took it to the range today and after shooting about 50 rounds through it, the stock came loose... Had to stop shooting it :( But i tightened it very hard once I got home.... I dunno if it was because I was shooting slugs or because of the stock... but my shoulder is DESTROYED....

Bit of both. That stock is designed for "emergency use only", so to speak. It is not designed for regular use with a lot of shooting. There are plenty of other stocks that are much better for that application. The folder is more for something that gets stored a lot and shot a little.

That said, I recently ran 50 rounds of Win. Ranger low recoil 00 buck through my 590 with the ATI stock and my shoulder felt less abused than a 3gun match shooting birdshot through my Benelli. Go figure.

You were using slugs though, which are sure to remind you know the next day that had been out shooting.

I'm a new shooter and upon looking at my MASSIVE bruise, i realized I was definitely shouldering the weapon wrong...When this bruise goes away I'm gonna go back :D

I had that same stock on my Mossy 500... believe me, no matter where you shoulder it, you'll get hurt. I got an AR style adjustable stock with a buttpad and it made a world of difference.

I think it looked better before the mods. That's just my opinion.
Do you find that it shoots/aims better that way?

If you want ghost ring sights. I would get a proper set. Independent from the heat shield, soldered front sight and drilled and tapped rear. That combo shield/GRS is poor choice, you would be better off with just the bead.

put a few drops of LocTite on the threads then tighten it up.
