I think it looks GREAT!
Does the brownells stuff have the after stink of the birchwood casey stuff? I cold blued a couple of thing and I wont blue anything bigger than a mag realease now because of the smell.

I also tried a liquid cold blue "FORMULA 44/40 INSTANT GUN BLUE" - which only blackened in a streaky uneven mess, and the odor just about knocked me over; very rough.
The Brownells had a slight odor, not bad at all... I just took my time and applied the thick goop with Q-tips and 30-40 minues later I was a happy camper.
For my next project, I have a Romanian SKS that has seen better days... I will take before and after pictures of that for sure.
I would recommened the Brownells Oxpho-Blue Creme to anyone that wants to try bluing at home, this was my first time bluing and I am sold on this crap.

Dang, that looks real nice.
I think the gun's worth at least $100 more now. How about kicking $50 back my way...http://calguns.net/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
