Ohhhh, my brain hurts

I just went through the DFG website trying to understand how deer hunting works in this state (I'm a Michigan transplant). I have never seen a more complicaited website, is there a source that explains things for simpletons like me, say a website that explains what deer tags you can get, how many, where, etc in a nice simple format?

Generally up to 2 tags, the good areas are drawn in a lottery. It was tough hunting here, real tough in a D zone for me. there's others here who hunt deer that can give you better advice, I know I got some good advice from folks here.
