Anyone know where to buy Remington 3 1/2" shotgun shells?

You didn't specify if you want 12 ga. or 10 ga. 3-1/2", both gauges have 3-1/2" shells. You didn't specify if you want lead shells or non toxic waterfowl loads in steel or the new Remington HD.

Loaded ammo or hulls?

There are many retailers that sell 3.5" 10 and 12 gauge loaded ammo in Steel, lead, Bismuth, heavy-shot, tungsten, slugs, etc.

As for hulls, I'd check Ballistic products and brassman brass. There is one other place online, begins with a P, can't remember if it is precision reloading or another site.
