in writeing our representatives is it ok to use the term "urge you in the strongest terms" or would that sound or be construed as a threat? i've used it before but now i'm thinking i don't want to end up on one of homeland securitys lists.

Go ahead and live dangerously. It would never occur to me to construe that as a threat, but if I'm wrong, maybe CGF will defend you!

ETA: please spell check your "writings." :)

I think "I strongly urge you to . . ." is as strong and is less likely to be seen as a threat.
