i've got my quick email concerning sb 962 and sb 585 ready to send off but have a question before i do. do you sign off with your name and address?

I sign it with Name, City, and phone number (like they would really care enough to call me back).

I just sign my name and then add California Voter underneath it.
If you include your address they might just throw it away if you aren't in their district. Why should they care what you think if you can't take a vote away from them in the next election?

Name and address is best as it shows them you are a constituent or at least a Californian.
