It's child endangerment for a 5 year old to hold a gun? Hell, my nephew owned a gun at 5 years old!!

I think the key issue is that when ACS went to just check things out they found WEED!

Either way, good friends who reported them

At the bottom of the page with the article, the only comment when I looked what a racist reference to the couple. No body happened to think "What is the government doing getting involved in this?" Notice they were also charged with criminal possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana. They probably couldn't register the gun under Sullivan because they didn't know anybody in city hall.

It's in New York City. I'm betting that they didn't have handgun licenses either.

Simply amazing, but a kid can have a picture taken in a car, cars kill more people that guns do.

Best Comment After: "Guns don't kill people, infants do."

I guess people dumb enough to do that WOULD be dumb enough to share it with a bunch of people across the internet...and someone would complain....

Queens is the home town of infamous anti-gun senator Chuck Schumer! It's just one of the 5 buroughs in Michael Bloomberg's Rotten Apple. Those stupid potheads are in big trouble...

Yes, they are quick to haul you off to jail for something your child did if he/ or she is under 18, but your daughter can walk in the nurses office and get help with an abortion without you knowing about it:mad:

Me thinks such people will only be satisfied once you remove and destroy anything firearm related, rubberize the walls, then put the kid back in with a drug dog and keep him there whenever he is not in school.

.... pictures of a kid with guns and some weed... seriously? They broke apart a family and ruined lives for that. Even if you're some kind of anti-gun drug crusader that is really pushing the envelope.

That whole story is disgraceful
