Unfortunately the bill was with drawn by the author. The reason it was with drawn was because some key wording was changed and it changed the effect of the bill.

Now the Bradys and MMMs are saying that the withdrawal of the bill is a victory for them. Even though they had nothing to do with it's withdrawal.
