thanks but i could only find AK-74 rods on that sight. i need one for a AK-47.

LOL, you're actually going to clean with it? My bad.

The only thing AK cleaning rods are good for are the "look", and for tapping out stuck cases. :)

Ever hear of corrosive ammo?

Also barrels have to be cleaned to maintain accuracy...oh wait, nevermind :rolleyes:

I have one out of a WASR22 that you can have. Im guessing its the same as the SAR1 which the rifles were based off of.

i was going to get a rod for mine, but realized i cannot insert the rod like i would with an AR from the breech w/o removing the stock or soemtihng like that. so i'm kinda bending it around. i'm saving for an otis kit instead, when i actually feel like cleaning the AK. i have a yugo though.
