Well I bought a Glock 27 from a fellow calgunner and wanted the ability to shoot 9mm also.

So I ordered a .40 to 9mm conversion barrel from Lone Wolf.

I been doing tons of research on conversion barrels and decided to take a chance of Lone Wolf due to praises about their Customer Service.

I ordered the barrel from Dan at Lone Wolf who was very helpful.

My order came out to $107 and some change.

I had it blindmarked.

Ordered it on August 30th it arrived on Monday and followed the instructions given to me by Dan.

Oiled it up, installed it and fully cycled (pulled all the way back and let it slam) the slide manually 50 times (I did 100 times to be sure)

Today I took it to Jackson Arms.

First shot it with .40 to compare POA or POI.

Then I broke in the Conversion Barrel with with a box of 124gr 9mm from Load X.

Then after breaking it in I used 2 Boxes of PMC 115gr 9mm.

Every Round extracted and feed perfectly with my Glock 19 mag.
No FTFs or FTEs after 150 rounds.

As for the sights, POA and POI are almost the same as with the Stock .40 barrel at 7 yards.

I have yet to try a farther range, since I was more concerned with a Functionality check today.

I would highly recommend the Glock 27 9mm conversion Barrel from Lone Wolf.

Thanks for the report. Was letting the slide slam on an empty chamber part of the instructions? Every time I hear that i cringe.

That's what Dan of Lonewolf told me to do on a PM on Glock Talk.

Snap caps?

I used a snap cap after doing 20 cycles.

I just got my second LW conversion bbl for my Glock 22. I just slapped it in, no cleaning, no oiling, no nothing. It digested all 170 rounds of .357sig without a hitch. I am very happy with LW.

For the 9mm conversion. It also provides a better hand support with a Mag Spacer which I was looking for.

What mag do you use?

Can I just get a 9mm Lone Wolf barrel for my G23 and I'm good to go?

Yes, I heard people saying you can use the regular G23 mag without issues while I heard that there were some feeding issues.

Why not just get a 9mm mag? Its only $20 and feeding reliability will get better.

With my G27, I only had to change the mag and Barrel.

What model Glock you have?

I got the regular stock length barrel with no ports.

Where are you located?

Maybe we can meet at Jackson Arms, you can try my g27 and see for yourself.

I plan to put a video of me with the shooting the g27 with the conversion.
