View Full Version : Legality of Hera Arms Glock Conversion in CA Part II

Ok, the other thread I posted was interesting, but I have a new question regarding the legality of this stock. If I get this stock with a permanently attached barrel to the stock (you have to see the picture to understand what I'm saying), is it legal to bring into CA and not violate constructive possession of an SBR?

The reason I ask is because the glock barrel is only 5" and the extension on the HERA ARMS would be considered a shroud? As it's not welded or pinned?

So is the bottom line that I can't own the HERA ARMS stock even if I keep them separated in my safe? It would considered constructive possession of an SBR right?
