Just curious, but with the pending incorporation of the second amendment, what are the statues of limitations regarding past violations of rights.

Some example cases.

In 1999, roughly 1500 to 2000 people had their late registrations of Roberti Roos permits retro actively revoked by a BS case the Brady Bunch had filed and then new AG Bill Lockyer refused to appeal.

Of course there is the infamous Milpitas lowers where 219 lowers got stolen under what I would call "Color of Law".

I don't expect the Department of Justice to file criminal charges of course, something about the current AG says he would give it a very low priority.

I made them give those back. The bigger problem is that the state violations you cite would have qualified immunity.
