they seem like the way to go if you ever want to move out of state and convert it back to normal? Anyone know where to get one?

Well, unless cash a major concern to you... if you move to a free state, just buy a regular AR15 lower from Bushmaster, Armalite, Rock River, etc. They're only $130ish + FFL fee. Sell the Calif. AR lower in CA since no one outside of CA wants/needs one.

From what I've heard of the Vulcans and some mag issues and lack of self-reparability, I'd much rather have a FAB10.
