Hey guys,

I am working on my first AR build. I bought a Kaiser Defense lower receiver and want to know if it is Commercial or Mil Spec size for the buffer tube? This is the exact same lower that I have, except that mine has the words "***DELETED SERIAL (thx gtmmark)***" underneath the KD logo on the mag well:

The one in the picture claims that it is Mil-Spec, but I dont know if they make Commercial lowers too. Just want to make sure before I buy the buffer tube.

Thanks.

the buffer tube itself determines whether its commercial or mil spec. the threading into the receiver is the same. only the tube diameter is different.

This.

They're mil-spec. Both commercial and mil-spec buffer tubes fit in mil-spec lowers.
