View Full Version : SB 357--applies to almost ALL bullets?

I had a quick question regarding SB357--it says it applies to "handgun" ammunition--but following BATFE guidelines for AP ammo, would not almost all ammunition, except for 50 BMG (for now), be determined to be able to be used in a handgun (thanks to T/C)?

Meaning that 5.56, 7.62, .30 cal and all would be subjected to those requirements?

Damn, "Handgun Ammunition" is a pretty broad statement. This is getting bad, Very bad.

This is totaly correct. There is a very limited list of calibers that have not been chambered for a handgun. So this would apply to every common rifle cartridge and many that are not so common. In addition this would apply to some shotgun ammo since you can get a .410 barrel for the TC Contender.
