I went to a friends property yesterday to test out my AR10 and play around with my HK45C. Then I shot his Glock 20, and now I have to have one. I was hitting gatorade bottles at 50 yards. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't do it with my HK45C, but why the hell do I need to shoot a compact 45 out to 50 yards anyway. I can shoot 3" groups with my HK at 25 yards, so it does everything I want it to. I don't normally like Glocks, and I never thought I'd own one, much less a 10mm. I'm still waiting to shoot a G30sf to see if I'll be completely converted.

Welcome to the family. That reminds me one day in 1989 when I went shooting with my buddy who has a gen-1 Glock-17 and have me tried it. Right after that session went directly to So. Bay Armory and pick one up. Twenty years later so many different glock model has passed on to my hands but still own and shoot the first gen -1 classic Glock-17 that I first bought twenty yaers ago.
