I am no revolver guy, but is this a good deal?

It's located in Ventura.

Not all that bad considering he's got over $300 worth of ammo and accessories. The 586, 6 inch is one of my favorites ( I own 2 of them). The going price on them is around $525 for just the revolver alone (if/when you can find a nice older one). I'd consider it If I didn't have some already. HTH c good

Not bad at all. I'd price the accessories and ammo around $200 (cheaply), so the gun is about $400 if you can get it at the starting bid. Not bad at all if that's the case.

Yeah, not at all bad.

The 586 is a blue version of the 686 - medium frame, similar to the Ruger GP100. Of this era, a likely high standard of fit and finish and should have a pretty sweet trigger.

Pre-lock S&Ws are going for decent coin.
