Hi. I am interested in putting some night sights on my glock. Is there anyone around Sacramento that has the proper tools required to install sights on a glock and what is the cost? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

wps1999, I am not by any means a gunsmith, but I am mechanically inclined, I recently replaced the sight on my G17 with tools I found in the tool box, piece of cake - no joking!

Used this video as an initial introduction on how to.

Ive done my own with a wooden dowel ( cut down drumstick) . I recommend using a nylon rod if I were to do it again.

you can buy the front sight tool for about 10 or 20 bucks on midwayusa or brownells, and you can use something softer than metal to drive out the rear sight.

Its nice to have the tool because then you can change your sights whenever you want or when you get new guns
