Read the above article and have a good laugh. The Brady Bunch are real pieces of work.

This article and a LOT of good points were brought to my attention here: http://www.planetda.net/index.php?showtopic=15415

I wish people wouuld not be so swayed by fear mongering.
The only reason the anti's movement has worked so well, is that we have not been vocal enough.
The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

The problem is most people aren't educated enough. They believe everything a politician says or does and asks no questions. That is why our country is the it is right now. You ask no question and they will just keep taking a little bit of freedom each time they get a chance. Hence gun laws, drug laws, etc. People like the Brady's are the most confused of them all because they are doing "something" about it. http://calguns.net/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif Open your eyes Brady!

What is it with the lies?

I mean, really. If they had facts/figures/historical references to prove that weapons control is an effective means of reducing crime, I might have some more respect for these people, because they would have a foundation to base their beliefs in.

Yet they don't. They and the VPC spout so much misinformation and blatantly lie. They appeal to people's emotions rather than logic. But I've read so much misinformation and lies from these people. It's down right evil.

Your right, but most people in the US don't seem to be informed on the issues and on the TRUE facts. To spread the truth, that is up to us all good Americans.
