I have a new, still on the pallets, US Building 'S' type workshop for sale in the Inland Empire (Yucaipa)

Free local delivery for local CalGuns buyer!

It's the same design/shape as this pic:

Once assembled it is 20ft deep and 30ft wide. 14ft at the roof peak, and 11ft at the top of the door (12ft wide)
Comes with assembly instructions and diagrams. All nuts/bolts included as well.

Cool building. I have no yard or money, otherwise I'd come up with an excuse for a big hangar type building "out back." hahaha

It was originally intended to be used as a hangar! :) 30' wide and 20' deep....

What kind of a foundation do you need for something like this? Can it be assembeld by a couple of people or do you need special equipment?

It can be built on any std. garage type foundation or footing using bolt-on base plates from the mfg. or by imbedding it into a purpose built foundation by grouting it after normal assembly.

Each segment is assembled on the ground then raised into position and bolted together section by section.

All that's needed is another helper and a tall ladder.
