Approximately how long does Dillon take to ship replacement parts? Don't want to bother them if they usually take longer than a week and a half.

A smart idea is to purchase the repair parts kit that dillon offers for your machine that has many/most of the commonly needed parts that break. When an item breaks, fix it out of your kit and then have Dillon send you a replacement to restock the kit.

They charge your card as soon as it ships. Dillon ships via Fedex by default and usually arrives within 1 week of the order being placed on their website. I got my replacement primer magazine shield in 2 business days and my tumbler + accessories in about 5 business days?

I called last month for some replace parts for my press and was told there'd be a very short delay for the powder system tube, but my order still went out in 2days, and UPS ground from AZ to CA takes very little time. So despite the 'Peak Press' demand of the current buying frenzy their service was still timely.

Dillon is usually pretty good ... called in for replacement springs and a new low powder sensor for my 650 and it came in 2 days.
