I have no personal experience with these type of loads but I believe the 77 grain bullets were designed to work in 18" 1:7 barrels for maximum accuracy.

YMMV but I've had decent luck with 77g in a 16" 1-9. My current 14.5 likes Wolf Gold 75g stuff. Its a 1-9

Bullet stability is not a function of barrel length. It is the twist rate that is important. The only way to find out is to shoot that bullet. It may work and it may not. It cannot hurt anything, the bullets will just hit sideways or leave an oval hole if they aren't happy with the twist rate.

Sometimes it will work ok and sometimes not. Try it and see.
