Call them up, if they haven't shipped it yet, you can add to the order.
Magpul is actually quite good, if something is back ordered, they may ship independently, but they only charge you shipping 1 time.

I've got mine!

First impression: the box is definitely better than Vol 1...... (great lesson learnt from the porn-industry!!)

Unhappy Vol 1 Owner: Hopefully they fixed the issue with the dvd case retainers breaking during shipment

Magpul Response: The new DVD has a much better case that has proven it's worth in the porn industry.

is it out on Netflicks already??:p

I agree with Jicko on the Vol. 1 packaging. Is there anything out there that can store the 3 DVDs & keep the picture?

Anyone watched this yet? I have been looking at clips on youtube. production value is definitely there, but I feel like most of the info can be learned by watching American Guardian on OLN. Is it worth the cash? If you do a Google Search and click the shopping option, you can get it for as low as $35.

Rip it and store them on your hard drives. My laptop don't have a DVD drive, so I have to carry the DVD on the hard drive so that i can watch them on the plane as well as during boring meetings.... but i do like the box set, especially when they are signed.... :D

i dont beleive in pirating DVD's - but a google search show the first DVD as a bit torrent on TONS of sites - my guess is it wont be long until its available for free download (as in you're pirating it)

Do you guys like #1 ?

A friend watched it and his opinion (yes everyone has one, I'm asking yours) was he thought it was just kinda a big ad for their products.

Whats your impressions (obviously not directed at the people who already chimed in and liked it) ?

then whether it is available or not shouldn't matter....

just man up and go buy it... it is well worth your $$....

seldom that I can find a DVD that i can keep going back, and seldom I find one that i pause here and there to check out the gear and slow-mo portions to get clear on the drills

Worth every penny and neither volume is a "big add for their products."
Each volume takes you through different carbine courses taught by two of the best instructors in the industry and with the special drills disk in each set, you can quickly practice the drills as shown in slow motions and from multiple camera angles. Police departments all over the country are requiring their officers to watch these DVDs.
The best part is they are so entertaining that my wife actually sat down and watched them with me.

On the topic of videos, are they a few (carbine or handgun) that you guys feel are "must-haves" or must see. Thanks.

Sorry for the minor thread jacking.

I think its a "must have and pass it on"....

It is shot better than most anything of its kind...

It reinforces the basics better than anything that I have seen on dvd or video.

There were some things that is very basic but overall, the whole video is really good. I learned quite a lot watching volume 1. As far as doing those drills in the video. I don't see how anyone can really do those unless they setup something on private land or BLM. That takes some time and money.

Actually, there was no formal ad. There were parts where they showed the advantage of having the bolt release on the right side. They demonstrated their B.A.D. lever but it's not advertising for it. They just simply told you the advantages of it. They aren't the only one that have that type of product.

+1. In the world of shooters, I'm a noob, and if you don't think you're a noob, YOU ARE A NOOB.
As far as noob shooting/technique goes, probably the best training you can give yourself. It's not the final end all answer, but it's a place to start.

Anybody want to sell me their copy?

fusionstar

I've had my copy for the last 2-3 months. My brother n law that works at a major firearms distributor sold me one before they were released :D

There are more "Goodies" in vol II.. But I feel that other than that, its just a longer vol I

Actually it's not advertising, it's more of a tease! Since Magpul has not released their B.A.D. lever! Two guys on this forum are making/selling their own versions of this type of lever.
