Ok so this month I'll be getting my feather at-22 and a receiver that I will buy soon. I just wanted to know does he(my ffl) have to charge me more if I get more than one "gun" with his ffl, or does it last between a certain time frame like 60 days right? Also, since I just moved, my id isn't really up to date, can I use something else for id? (purchasing rifles/parts)

IIRC, the 1 gun a month does not apply to long guns(AT22)
DROS should be same for 1 or 4 as long as on same 4473
Since you're ID isn't up to date, you must have origional copies of a utility bill going back 3 months.
If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone else will chime in with correction, but pretty sure this is the case.......

If you DROS them both at the same time it is one fee.
You dealer gets to name his price per firearms for handeling them.
If you DROS one long gun and then after the fact want to add another one.. sorry. cant do it. I got quite a lecture from my DOJ inspector about this very topic.

Ok, so today I went to the ffl and asked him, he said "25 for the state and 30" for me. Not bad considering I was getting 2 receivers and a rifle.
