Is this rifle legal in California with the bullet button modification & pinned stock?

SLR-107UR - Stamped receiver, 7.62x39 caliber, short gas system, front sight block / gas block combination, cleaning rod, black polymer furniture, stainless steel heat shield, left-side folding polymer stock, 2 stage trigger, and scope rail.

Thanks!

If you read through the flow chart, you will see that the SLR and SLG models are on-list and hence illegal in Cali in any configuration:

http://www.calguns.net/caawid/flowchart.pdf

The SGL is off list and legal if properly configured:

Must be 30" OAL minimum when folded.
Must have a mag lock and 10 rd mag.
