Live in San Francisco = turn in guns? That is just asinine! Enforced or symbolic, this can only mean trouble and problems to gun owners and law enforcement.

This is not the first time that Cinnamon Stillwell has brought up gun rights in SF. Frankly, it is refreshing to see a very liberal newspaper (if you'd call it that) and a somewhat liberal writer come out against the SF Supervisors and their continued attempt to erode our rights.

Yep, saw it on the GB General Forum.

And on SFGate.com

Sensible argument. Wondered if she is married?

She's not a liberal actually. She's a regular columnist at Chronwatch.com (http://www.chronwatch.com/index.asp) a "conservative" watchdog of the SF Chronicle.

I searched the web high and low for pictures of Cinnamon Stillwell, trying to figure out if she's hot or not. Came up empty handed. Anyone know?

This proposed law has to be killed off. If it passes, the ban can spread. If you know someone who lives in San Francisco, please ask them to vote in November against Measure H.

Based on the articles she's written supporting gun rights and tougher prosecution for criminals, I'd say... HOT!

Two people I spoke to at work last night said the proposition should be banning pit bulls, but pistols. They both thought that Prop H was a waste.

I'm squinting pretty hard at the pic posted up on the thread here, and I dunno.. she might write a good article and be on our side politically, but I personally might pass on a date. http://calguns.net/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Then again, who's to say she'd like me, either?

You know, Turby, after a few beers and a long night chatting about firearms and gun control, you two might be best friends ... if you have the intellect to keep up.

But here's her latest:

A Day at the Zoo
By Cinnamon Stillwell and Lee Kaplan
FrontPageMagazine.com | September 27, 2005

A crowd of around 10,000 protesters gathered in San Francisco on Saturday, September 24, allegedly to express their displeasure with the war in Iraq. But it wasn't Iraq this rally was really about, but rather radical leftist and anarchist politics manifested by a hatred for America and Israel, and, of course, a chance to rail against the supposed evils of capitalism.

This was fitting given the two main groups, International ANSWER (Act Now to Stop the War and End Racism) and United for Peace and Justice (UFPJ), that organized the event. For those in the know, those wonderful sounding names are covers for communist/socialist groups that promote the totalitarian and terrorist enemies of the United States. ANSWER in the past provided human shields to keep Saddam Hussein in power and has links to North Korea, Cuba, the PLO and its Ba'ath Party allies. United for Peace and Justice is just the renamed Communist Party USA that is led by the same leader, Leslie Cagan.

Very good writeup on her part. I could not agree more with her words and views. Wonder if she will run for office? http://calguns.net/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Just sent her an email thanking her. Hope we see more of her in the paper
